I will looking forward for this! A great idea to include both the mono and stereo masters. Should have been done earlier though. Now waiting for Kissin´Cousins and Roustabout!

Unlike a previous poster I didn't feel burned by FTD's "Stay Away, Joe" release. Also, I avoid soundboards. So, I'm still good with FTD. Looking forward to this release.

A few points to consider : this is a very welcome release for fans of the classic 7" format : FTD are working with the best they have ,some releases will obviously be better than others : considering Elvis has been dead for nearly 40 years, they're not doing too badly. Non of this is good enough for Christopher however who feels FTD need to "up their game". With what exactly Chris?

Sorry about the mis-quote - should've been "take it up a notch" !

Absolutely no interest in this upcoming release. And a 2nd CD aka mono release? Please, enough.

Yet again we have people crying "enough" just because THEY don't happen to want it. Many people like and want these so less of the "enough".

Not a great soundtrack...but a couple of decent songs...+ "Suppose" as the bonus..like to hear the longer version.

To those of you fond of saying enough. Enough for you may not be enough for me. If enough is enough for you, then just don't buy this particular release. Now that Speedway is forthcoming, I look forward to Kissin' Cousins and Roustabout in similar fashion.

Yes, I hope they're next also. Then finish off the Classics with For L.P. Fans Only - A Date With Elvis - Gold Records 4 (& 5 ?) - MSG -Aloha - Elvis In Concert and something with the three late 60's soundtracks not yet covered.

I don't understand why some people are moaning. The remixed soundtrack masters and the album outtakes are highlights! Also, the original mono album (LPM - 3989) was extremely rare in 1968, so cd-2 is a nice addition. This release is another step closer for FTD to complete the 'classic album' soundtracks. The only two soundtrack albums that remain to be covered now are Kissin' Cousins & Roustabout... and it'll be interesting to see what they do with Charro!/The Trouble With Girls/Change Of Habit.

Will there be a FTD edition of Madison Square Garden and Aloha when there have been two already extensive releases on the Legacy label?
TheMemphisFan wrote on June 07, 2016
Only time will tell if new editions of Madison Square Garden and Aloha From Hawaii are released by FTD. If so, they'll be done only to help complete the 'classic albums'. However, the next three releases I'd like to see by FTD are Roustabout; Kissin' Cousins; and Elvis' Gold Records, Volume 4... and for next year - Elvis In Concert.
