'If I Can Dream' with The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra has been certified as Gold Award status in Australia by ARIA. The album has so far spent 2 weeks at number 1 in Australia but faces stiff competition this week with a race for the top spot between several former No.1 acts including Justin Bieber, One Direction, Kylie Minogue, il Divo and Kurt Cobain. Last week, for the first time since early July, an album has managed to hold on for a second week at the No.1 spot on the ARIA Albums chart, and that album was the Elvis Presley set 'If I Can Dream' with The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra thus being the biggest selling album in the country two weeks running.
