I don't pre-order anything anymore. That way if there is some problem with the product I don't have to go through the hassle of returning it (sometimes more than once) to get the problem taken care of.

i wonder if we were mislead when they sent the press release on whats in it. because on the press release they announced are you lonesome tonight and teddy bear and all shook up were going to be in it. but the dvd and the vhs are teh same exact time at 93 minutes

What will probably happen here with this release is the same as nearly all releases is first you get the original film, then some time after that a 2 disc special edition appears and the director's cut etc....i have seen this on a lot of films that have come out!....so let's enjoy 'On Tour' on blu-ray and look forward to a 2,3 or 4 disc editon in the near future.......after all we have waited this long for this official release so waitng for special editions is not unexpected in my opinion.

What seems interesting to me is that it's got no regioncode. Which is great. Now we can watch EOT at the normal speed on NTSC. It looks like they're doing that with all new DVD releases.

To Koenfan.... Nothing new here? How about the fact that this is going to be Blu-Ray high definition, don't you consider that 'new' ? The difference between the standard definition and high definition on the previous Elvis releases (Viva Las Vegas and Jailhouse Rock) was quite stunning, if EOT is as good it will be fantastic, not to mention the high quality surround sound.
