Thanks Martin. Of course the 'Essential Elvis' album is a double CD and under RIAA rules counts for double sales if the total playing time is over 100 minutes (which it is). Therefore, under RIAA rules it has sold 648,000 copies and is now eligible for a GOLD album (500,000 copies). I have informed EPE who have informed SONY.
