New Elvis Book Releases

According to Elvis Book Research, several new titles have been announced for 2009 and 2010:

  • Where's Elvis?, Daniel Lavac, Xavier Waterkeyn & Daniel Lalac, USA release date September  2009 (similar format to the Where's Wally series of books)
  • Biggest Elvis: A Novel, P.F. Kluge, USA release date September 2009 - this is a re-issue
  • Elvis and the Grateful Dead, Peggy Webb, USA release date September 2009
  • Black Elvis, Geoffrey Becker, USA release date October 2009 (collection of fiction stories)
  • Shake, Rattle & Turn That Noise Down!: How Elvis Shook Up Music, Me & Mom, Mark Alan Stamaty, USA release date January 2010
  • Bad Nature or with Elvis in Mexico, Javier Marias and Esther Allen, USA release date February 2010

Is this a competition to come up with the worst title and /or subject matter for an Elvis book? My vote goes to 'Bad Nature or with Elvis in Mexico'. Is it a Joe Tunzi book? Does it come with a free calendar, a blurry DVD and a reprint of a Las Vegas parking ticket from December 1976?

Where's Elvis? is the first book title. Such an Easy Question and such an easy answer. Elvis has left the building for good on June 26 1977/Aug 16 1977. Or is it a book with pictures of a multitude and you have to figure out where Elvis is? Wow...
