It's been a long time, a new import show for me, at last after all those re releases! Is it an audience or a soundboard? Steam label??? Never heard of that.

With a track-listing as 'ordinary' as that it would HAVE to be a soundboard for me to take ANY interest at all!!

I wouldn't buy it but I like the cover. It's connecting with the cultural context back then. We have seen worse covers in the re-release and fast buck section this year. As the pic is unusual, it really fits in. "The godfather of the memphis mafia proudly presents..."¦-)

I've come to the conclusion that if there's no mention of the sound source in the initial news, it's going to be an audience recording. Not to say that an audience recording is bad, but, they're certainly not great.

I agree with dressingroom and You Don't Know Me. The cover is nice. However,i won't buy a bad sounding audience recording from a weak and uninspired Vegas season. And especially not from a new, noname label, without any reputation.

What an exciting song list. Elvis really shuffled his shows around didnt he?

Lefty you have seen the light(joking)no soundboard means no buy from me unless its in decent sound and has something worthwhile!

This is the same show that was issued just in last year on a crappy CD called "A Dinner At The Hilton"! Now here's the same show again! Oh dear... Of course this is an audience recording. The sound is O.K.,but the concert is boring. Nothing special, just the same songs in the same order.

The reason why they are now rereleasing "A Dinner At The Hilton" could be that elvisoncd forgot to list that CD...

Where's Engelbert gone? They've photo-shopped him out of the picture!
