No Bobby Darin? Any poll that has Madonna is bogus! Happy Elvis came in 2nd.

I agree Bobby Darin must be on this list. He was nominated for an Oscar for crying out loud! Frank & Elvis at 1 & 2 are good. The rest? Nah. Also Bing should be on it.

I think he should have gotten an Oscar for Kissin Cousins

I prefer Elvis in King Creole over Jailhouse Rock. Madonna? Excuse me. I can't stop laughing.

Haha! Elvis is the best!:)

I agree with Jerry - Elvis' best acting was in King Creole not JR. Perhaps even Sinatra for Man With The Golden Arm or Manchurian Candidate. He was great in those movies.

I completely forgot abouy Bing. Have to drop the King to 3rd.

It's just a poll - another name for an organized stab at opinions. After all, if life was fair & a more balance group of people were polled, Ice Cube would be no where in the universe but Bobby Darin & Harry Connick, JR would be listed after Elvis.

Ruthie - just cos your narrow mindness cant deal with these results dont mean it aint relevant. Who do you want polled - people over 60?!! Dont be so damn hypocritical!

Sinatra is by far not only the best singer-actor, even one of the ten best actors of 20th century. Elvis's a good second, but we can't forget Bing Crosby and Bobby Darin too.

I just thought of another - Rick Nelson. No slouch as an actor. Rio Bravo was a good film and he held his own with Dino & The Duke. I am not dating myself, but stating what I believe to be true.

Damn - and what about Dino? Wow, how'd we'd miss him?

Seriously Elvis Presley was a damn good actor. Walter Matthau also says so. ELVIS was superbly briliant in KING CREOLE, FLAMING STAR, FOLLOW THAT DREAM, WILD IN THE COUNTRY and of-couse the Classic JAILHOUSE ROCK. I am a big,big Elvis Movie Fan.
