Hello ! Elvis is currently # 3 in the Top Country Catalog chart with E1. The album has already spent 268 weeks in this chart with a peak position at # 1 . As of today , it is awarded "only" 4 X platinum. In the meantime , Alan Jackson is currently # 7 in the same chart with his "Greates Hits Vol 2"with only 191 weeks & a peak position at # 4 ; however it is already awarded 6 X platinum with 77 weeks less & a lower peak position than E1. Can anyone explain this difference ? than you !

jean michel, you ask an excellent question. this seems to be the story of ELVIS' life as far as billboard and riaa are concerned and only they can provide the answers we seek, but my opinion is that it will never happen.
