Elvis Sites Redesign

December 08, 2007 | Other
Earlier this week we announced the upcoming redesign of our site and showed a small preview. The people from EPE were amazingly quick in their response; 48 after our announcement they put a restyled edition of the Official Elvis Presley website www.Elvis.com on-line.

Who said EPE did not pay attention to what goes on in the fan world :-)

To me yours was fine but i'm prejudiced towards your site anyway, whatever you do will always be ok with me but iv'e never liked EP'S site and any change they do can only be an improvement. only my opinion.

Why do you think those two events are connected? It usually takes more than 48 hours to redesign a site

Someone at EPE may be paying attention to Elvis sites but that's about all. Elvis sites are important to them but apparently the fans aren't because we have told them over & over to quit licensing the tacky Elvis products they are offering. We have sent them suggestions regarding products that are both useful & decent but they just don't care.

I like the change to teh EPE site. I noticed this on the birthday 2008 schedule: Elvis Presley Day Ceremony. 9:00 AM. Front steps of Graceland Mansion. The traditional ceremony with special program hosted by Graceland/EPE officials, featuring a birthday cake cutting and a proclamation of Elvis Presley Day by Memphis and Shelby County officials. Any special guests or special presentations that might become part of this year's ceremony are to be announced. Is there a suggestion of more RIAA awards hidden between the lines here??
