We could use more 1971 releases. Does anyone know if this was the first time for 2001 or was it sometime around this date? I think it was late 2001, but I am not sure.

In the book "the concert years" 1969-1977, the author Stein Erik Skar writes that it was in vegas january 1971 elvis first used the (Stanley kubrick movie) 2001 theme. And JD Sumner participated in elvis concerts for the first time november 5th 1971.

Warning! The sound of this cd is very very bad!! One of the most worse sounding audience cd's I've ever listened to! The concert itself is very good. I will definitely NOT recommend this cd to others!
