Oh no, what are they up to now?

hey, Let them buy up everything around there. It is pretty crappy around the mansion. Hopefully in about 5 years or so it will be every Elvis fan's "Disneyland" for the king!!! I can't wait to see what they'll do next..GO E.P.E, GOOOOO!

What they're "up to" is cleaning up and improving the "neighborhood" around Graceland. It needs it.

Totally agree JerryNovak. When you walk down the road you would never believe you are heading towards Graceland. Parts are certainly "dumpy" and I welcome a cleaner, fresher outskirts! Be interesting to watch. The only thing for me is , that I hope they don't completely eradicate any of the local Memphian character! It is a relaxed city and would hate to just see neon everywhere!

So, they bought a car lot. I'm sure it brings back memories for Gary Hovey.
