The plea of the Belgian United Elvis Presley Society for the release of an official Belgian Elvis Presley stamp was taken into serious consideration by the Belgian Stamps and Philately Office on January 3rd, 2006. Their letter reads as follows:
“We will take your letter into consideration at The planning of the 2007 stamps. The philatelic commission will see if your proposal can fit in their schedule. The planning takes place at the beginning of 2006 and we will keep you updated. I hope with you on a satisfactory result”.
