At least I would take these with reservations. The Madison label isn´t metioned anywhere and a booklet is also missing. Kissin`Cousins and I Am A Roustabout seem to be taken from another well-known source. In The Ghetto (voc.excerpt only) springs from the special edition of E1. Memories was also taken from another release. Also you got to be careful with "unreleased take" and "undubbed version" regarding the 69 and 70`s stuff. A good package doesn´t necessarily make a good contents.
