Over $ 5,000,000 !!

Last weeks we already covered the first two days of the auction in Las Vegas. On the final third day Elvis' belongings from the seventies were sold. Among the items were the green "Cisco Kid"-jumpsuit ($ 65,000), the long "Aloha"-cape ($ 85,000) and ($ 80,000). The Walther handgun is mentioned at both $ 95,000 and $ 115,000. We weren't able to find out which newspaper was telling the truth.
The final proceedings were more than 5 million dollars. "It was significantly more than we expected," says Arlan Ettinger, president of Guernsey's auction house.
