June 05, 2005 | Music
The Madison label will release soon "Elvis- A Legendary Performer vol.6". As their previous release in this series, it will contain some unreleased performances, a 16 page illustrated booklet with some text related to the songs featured on this release.

Among Volume 6's highlights are some undubbed masters from the "Kissin' Cousins" movie / two binaural soundboard recordings from March 20th, 1976 Charlotte, NC evening show (first time released on the CD "Running For President" but mixed down to stereo and never heard as originally recorded) / another binaural soundboard recording from December 29th, 1976 Birmingham, AL (originally released in mono) / a previously unreleased 1957 Canadian radio broadcast about the afternoon performance in Toronto / a Gold Record Award presentation from August 1972 / an unreleased rehearsal of "Don't Cry Daddy" from August 4th, 1970 in Las Vegas / some soundboard recordings in better sound quality such as the live version of "True Love Travels On A Gravel Road", "Kentucky Rain" and "Bridge Over Troubled Water".

If you enjoyed "Elvis - A Legendary Performer Volume 5" then you will be definitely pleased with the second edition in this series.
