Elvis started work at Crown Electric, where he started out driving a truck at $1 an hour, delivering supplies to building sited. He was hoping for the chance to train to be an electrician.

Elvis performed at the American Legion Hut, Grenada, Mississippi.

Elvis performed at the North Side Coliseum, Fort Worth, Texas at 7.00 and 9.30 p.m.

Elvis and Yvonne Lime attended a party at Sam Philips' home with Dewey and Dot Philips. The night went on till the morning and ended with breakfast and gospel sung out by the pool.

April 20, 1960

Elvis arrived in Los Angeles, but to avoid the large crowd at the station he disembarked on a siding just outside the station and took a cab to the Beverly Wilshire Hotel with The Colonel.

April 20, 1961

Cast and crew returned to Hollywood, where filming continued at Paramount.

April 20, 1964

This was the last day of principal photography for Roustabout.

April 20, 1966

The group stayed over in Albuquerque. Like always, they traveled by night and slept during the day.
