hmmm what happened to the post i had posted here earlier ?? well anyway - the sort version of it is ,, i think Elvis will be # 3 this week. And i think be might be a top five in overall year end sales this year. But surly not #1.

re get real.why you think `surely not NO.1`The King has already sold about 220,000 singles, and we`ve got the rest of this week PLUS another 7 to come.Even if the remaining songs `only` average 20,000 each(and they`ll surely clear more than 20,000) but if it was 20,000,then Elvis will have shifted 360,000 singles! there`s no way 4 other acts will top that in one year.Minus charity singles,i think there`s a good chance that NO-ONE will top that!

i believe that each single will sell between 25,000 and 30,000 copies, giving a total for 17 (cause ASU doesn't count) of between:- 425,000 and 510,000. im confident that this could well be the highest all year including charity singles.

I agree with "Get Real", but how many of the other artists listed have been dead for 27 1/2 years. Maybe I should have said how may are just plain Dead. I think that if he is in the top 5 that would be great for someone not making any new music. TCB, Gary!
