Dave can be heard regularly on SIRIUS XM’s E Street Radio as well as several other rock channels. Elvis Radio Celebrity Guest DJ: Eddie Clendening
Mon July 5 5:00 pm ET
You may not have heard of Eddie Clendening, yet, but you have heard of the incredible December 1956 Sun Studio jam session now turned into a super hot Broadway show, Million Dollar Quartet. Eddie plays the super challenging role of EP as he interacts in the musical play with his mentor Sam Phillips, and his musician pals Carl Perkins, Johnny Cash, and Nesbit’s own Jerry Lee Lewis. Eddie is also a real life Elvis and rock-a-billy musicologist, and during his guest DJ program he reveals a side of Elvis’ music heritage that most fans have never heard. Eddie went to “R&R grad school” and earned his PhD from the “college of musical knowledge” majoring in Elvis’ body language. When he acts on stage in Million Dollar Quartet, you’ll see what a fine actor and performer he is as you experience his stage movement playing this Elvis role. (1 hr)
