Don't bother with any crystal ball gazing for mid week sales. It's pontless posting anything. We all know that Weekend sales are the nemises. Forget it!

why the heck do they call these " mid week predictions "? They are any thing but a prediction. Just call them mid week sales, and leave it at theat. They mean nothing. My PREDICTION is, 1) Stereophonics 2) Nelly 3) Elvis. But i think we might even lose athe #3 spot.

well i made a mistake i thought that little sister etc would be number 1 . i dont think this single is as good though i love this single ( twist special - can you believe it though the young children and teens of elvis know what the twist means the other dont ) but lets hope it gets to number 1 . the charts were a rocking when i first heard these two . the singlr cover was an unusual one in australia it came in a ink blotter type paper .

We've all got used to it now. Elvis is ahead till midweek then loses momentum by the end of the week. Pity. And shame to whoever is holding him back. BTW, I would have preferred "Can't Help..." as the A-Side. It's a much better song than "Hula" and very well known by the general public.

EJF,i personally think Rock-A-Hula is a better choice than Can`t Help Falling In Love purely because it`s far more `rocky`! A different subject, i know, but i could`ve seen Rock-A-Hula being a bigger `dancefloor and mainstream` smash than Conversation,if they used it in the same way. Anyway, i see Britney is not yet on the midweek list, well we can assume she`ll sell loads at the weekend. Unfortunately i think we`ll be 4 or 5 this week. POO!

Record retails have been advised that with each new release they can order more copies of the forthcoming releases. At this time 30,128 copies of the CD single for next week's release "Good Luck Charm" are in transit or already in the stock room at retail outlets. 10,900 copies of the vinyl were shipped and delivered earlier this week. Also no more of the numbered editions will be shipped to the Irish Republic, as their sales are not taken into account in the UK charts. Although sufficient stocks have been made available through BMG Distribution, it is the retailers themselves (or their satellite suppliers) who have been reluctant to carry more stocks. As a piece of side information, for the past 8 weeks Elvis must have been number one in the 12" vinyl chart even though the products is 10 inches.

could anybody tell me how many cds and 10"vinyls numbered or unnumbered are released everey week because my number keeps going higher and higher everey week and Iwould like to know what the highest number available is. ps I also think they should have left this as a limited edition series and not reissued the none numbered ones till after apriland al of this talk about releasing the full box set in april cant do the sales much good as people will wait till then should have note been published by bmg till then in my opinion
