I ask myself: Sony, what are you doing with Elvis' releases ???

I was just listening to the SONY release from a few years ago in my car called Elvis Live. How different can this next one be?

At least, let´s pray they have included THE WONDER OF YOU (ON STAGE version), A BIG HUNK O´LOVE (ALOHA version) an IT´S IMPOSSIBLE (FOOL version), for the beginners (???).

The Very Best my A--. This will be a patch up job. They will just pick songs with no thought of taking the time & investigation to pick out the best. You will also get the same tired pictures. This leopard will never change it's spots.

Would Love to have RCA-SONY- not only feature the "best" but also, include some live performances, that haven't been commercially released before. It would also be nice to have some "exciting artwork" and good promotion behind this release.

It doesn't surprise me that Sony would release another live album when Afternoon In The Garden is charting fourteen years after it was released.

So much negativity as always. Maybe, just maybe there is a whole generation of new, younger fans who would benefit from a "best of" live album ?. Why you all bitch abount Sony is beyond me, name another artist (alive or dead) who has a record label that releases 5-10 new albums each year,

Rasta Scooplaman, a World Music Artist who is both alive and dead, has 6 - 14 albums released every year.
