The Dutch book "Mens, Muziek, Mythe" (Man, Music, Myth) by Marc Hendrickx is ready and will be available next week. This 700 pages book has been updated to 2007, compared to the first editions (1993 – 1998), the lay-out hasn’t changed except for the addition of new black and white and color images.
