That's The Way It Was - Delayed

January 30, 2001 | Book
The Elvis Unlimited site mentions that the "That’s The Way It Was book" (a FTD bonus release), is postponed until May this year.

This much anticipated collaboration among Turner Entertainment, RCA Records and Follow That Dream is now being designed. The book will have 96 pages of photos and information from Elvis: That's The Way It Is, chronicling the filmed and taped portions of Elvis' August 1970 engagement at the International Hotel in Las Vegas. Photos will be both b/w and color - images that are well-known and some previously unseen. The foreword for the That's The Way It Was book, from FTD, will be written by Joe Esposito.

The package will also include a 20-track CD with recordings from all recording dates during the period. It will consist of previously unreleased rehearsal material and classic live recordings. There is some contra dictionary news on several sites about the content of the CD's. The final track listing has not yet been completed but it will contain unreleased well as released material. "Ghost Riders In The Sky" is definitely one of the tracks. More info on the bonus CD as we have it.

We removed some parts of this item, the information we found couldn't be confirmed.
