Terra Lycos announced the launch of an Elvis Presley destination on Lycos, in conjunction with BMG, a division of Bertelsmann AG. The new destination and corresponding online promotion provide fans from around the globe with a comprehensive Elvis destination in commemoration of the 25th anniversary of his death. The Elvis destination will be continuously enhanced through the summer with free Elvis audio downloads and streams, audio clips, fan pages, photos, clubs, games and e-cards. Fans can also enter to win trips and prizes, including a trip for two to Graceland.
The Elvis destination is part of Terra Lycos's broad, five-year commerce agreement with Bertelsmann that includes the development of platforms for the digital delivery of music, books and other entertainment content.
