From 16 to 27 September the Swedish radio will do a documenterary about Elvis Presley and the music of Memphis. The Swedish Broadcasting Company will visit Tupelo, Memphis and Jackson this September to record input for radio programmes which will be broadcasted both nationwide and regional in Sweden.
The two producers are planning to record a gospel service from Victory Temple Holiness Church on Adams Street Tupelo, the home church of Elvis Presley, they will visit Graceland and hope to meet the Rockabilly Music in the spirit of Carl Perkins to record a live concert for a nationwide broadcast.
