As a collector of Elvis phonecards, creditcards, debitcards et cetera I would like to add this one to my collection. But living in The Netherlands I can hardly fly over just to get this card?!

On the Wal-mart website they are showing two different versions of Second To None. There is one that is noted as ' value added ' for 50 cents more, but when I look at the discriptions of both I cannot see any difference in either one. Does anyone know anything about this?

This is so unfair to Elvis fans that are not located in the US

Adam: This is not the same thing - here is a completely new remix of Rubberneckin´ - and nowhere else to be found; but 2nd To None holds the same songs; despite the different covers. I am unlucky - not being in the US nor the UK; I won´t be able to get the new remix (nor propably even hear it) nor getting 2nd To None with the beautiful silver cover

Can anyone tell for non-Americans what does that "rare footage" features in?
