All this wailing and gnashing of teeth over nothing. Life will go on. The Elvis empire survives. New releases (mainstream and FTD) will continue. Elvis videos will still have the Lieber/ Stoller songs in them. Yawn. Excuse me, I must get on with my life. And you should, too.

Wikipedia wrote: "although Michael Jackson's half is currently pledged as collateral on a secured loan of over $200 million." And so Michael Jackson owns 50% while Sony owns the other half. But Michael Jackson is the owner because is one guy very tricky and is a revenge against 30 anniversay of Elvis Presley and his popularity and sell is for his money and a few for Sony. Is very tricky and do not let 50% for Sony in this land because is Elvis Presley. Where you read ATV means Michael Jackson and no more new editions.

Well, we know what this partership has done for the Beatles: No dvd's, no cd's available except for the ancient poor quality ones from the album master reels. We may end up watching future editions of 'Jailhouse Rock' and 'Loving You' with no Leiber-Stoller songs.
