December 30, 2008 | Music

On eBay we found yet another national Christmas release, this time from Chile. According to eBay it is on the CNR Chile label. We left in one funny typo in the eBay ad:

Tracks:

Santa Claus Is Back In Town - White Christmas - Here Comes Santa Claus - I'll Be Home For Christmas -Blue Christmas - Santa Bring My Baby Back - O Little Town Of Bethlehen - Silent Night - (There'll Be) Peace In The Valley (For Me) - I Believe -Take My Hand, Precious Lord - It Is No Secret (What Gold Can Do)

I bet 'Silent Night' has the piano intro on it. Perhaps BMG could use it to dub from?

More than one typo! This is really funny. There Is No Secret (What Gold Can Do)! I love it. So true.

well, the typo is related to the spanish word for Bethlehem: in spanish we say Belén. There is a Belén up the highway from Las Cruces NM to Albuquerque. And by the way: Albuquerque is an officialized typo. It went by the name of Albur...querque. But the english based telegraphist back then couldn't manage it to pronounce it right so he just cut the first r out of the word...
