Fans of "The Original Recordings" are spoiled with a new UK release. The British label Chrome Dreams releases the CD "The Songs Elvis Loved" on January 14th (although some fans already received it). The CD contains 28 originals, from "My Happiness" by Ella Fitzgerald (Gladys Presley's favorite) to "Mystery Train" (Little Junior's Blue Flames): it's all here. Together with a 16 page booklet, this is another must-have for every genuine EP collector.

This cd is already out! I ordered it 3 days ago, and it was sent to me yesterday. So please correct the info that the cd is being released January 14th, not true. It's out NOW.

I bought this great release at the Croydon HMV on Wednesday, from what I have heard so far the sound on these 50+ year old recordings, considering their age, is very clear, also it looks good.
