Royal Variety Elvis Tribute

December 16, 2002 | Other
It seems Elvis is still 'hot' in the U.K. BBC's Royal Variety Performance broadcasted Sunday night December 15th. This show contained an Elvis tribute. Ronan Keating and Anastacia were the ones who played tribute to Elvis Presley during the yearly Royal Variety Performance at the Apollo theatre in Londen with HRH Prince Charles as honorary guest. Ex Boyszone Ronan Keating sang Elvis's 'In the Ghetto' and Anastacia sang 'Jailhouse Rock' as she did before on the 'Elvis lives' Special.
Anastacia was the closing act after wich all other performers came back on stage for an encore accompanied by Elvis's 'Burning love' wich was played by the orchestra as a closing-tune.
