While this CD goes on sale, we wonder when FTD is bringing out Elvis' second album ELVIS ???
They should ADD some bonus hit songs of that era like Too much, That's when your heartaches begin, All shook up, Don't, Playing for keeps a.o. PLUS outtakes of course ! That would for sure SELL MORE than this Chrome label CD. Perhaps they can lure some new young fans into buying this one but no-one else though. Yes, EJF good question: how much should this one cost ?Probably much less than FTD releases or the Xmas Duets....With the same idea we'd love to see BMG release on FTD the MISSING hit-single songs as bonus tracks on the classic albums (we are sure Jerry, Steve, Ron, Mike and Gene will agree) like NOW (plus: AmTril, It'sOLove, Sound o/y cry, I'm Leav, For 1st time, KRain and Where Lord ). Whereas the bonus songs to be added on the classic FOOL album should incl. BurnL, Matter oT, SepWays, Alw o/m Mind, SteamrB, MyWay). Now that's another "winner" for all (BMG sales dept and most fans) besides of course the PromLand, GTimes and EPBlvd plus MBlue studio songs on it. Y'all agree ?? And talking about Rock & Roll Legendary songs...when can we have those fab 67 and 68 Guitar man, BBossM, USMale and Monkey Buzz session outtakes (in honor of the LATE great Jerry Reed?

Hey Josh & Jody, I've given up trying to work out your logic. Why talk about later (in copyright) recordings in a thread dedicated to a cheap (out of copyright) rip-off?

First In Line is a kickass rock'n'roll song!

I wonder what actually sells more, a release like this or an FTD release?

Too bad they can't invent a spray or repellant to eliminate these redundant releases that have no reason except to bilk the die hards out of their $. Question why buy this? What does it offer?

Great release and very economical for fans who want all those songs together on one CD; Mike you'll like this one. There are no more copyrights to be paid for those, right folks? So the price should be OK we guess. With the same idea we'd love to see BMG release on FTD the MISSING hit-single songs as bonus tracks on the classic albums (we are sure Jerry, Steve, Ron, Mike and Gene will agree) like NOW (plus: AmTril, It'sOLove, Sound o/y cry, I'm Leav, For 1st time, KRain and Where Lord ).
