The new quickpoll is about the April release by FTD, The Way It Was. The question is "I am glad The Way It Was will be available without the book".

But isnt that Ftd policy,All or nothing,digipacks with no liner notes,then you have books(of course alot more expensive)with tons of pics,with your cd stuck to back of the book! but again fans are eager,and happy to overpay or get less quality!

Yes, I don't need a book, you look at it once or twice and forget about it- but the memory that you've paid 90 euro's lasts a long time..

All book projects should have releases by therself,im not a book collector of Elvis,and i guess Ftd has no plans of a rehearsals project,im not big on mixed cd's with live and rehearsals tracks!

i think it will be a good idea to release this again without the book, as a lot of people for one reason or another could not afford to purchase the book/disc version.i'm looking forward to getting this disc.
