Agreed, Elvis the Presence will always be bigger than the music, which is a shame really, but then again , one leads to the other. Fair play to Great Britain, everyone from the janitors who swept floors in the USA and were treated like musical gold in England, great!! For the record, lots of Sirs out there, very few Kings and if it's music, then they're all American, maybe one Aussie and a black Irishman, but Elvis is High King, like they had in Celtic mythology, The King, all the other Kings owe allegiance to, which is true cause all those Kings were sparked up by Elvis, never mind the Sirs.

Interesting to see and nice to know but like life we don't remember the details of events and people but the overall charm, impact or otherwise. The legacy of our man is the emotional indelible footprint that has been eternally left for us all. For those not in the UK Sir Cliff is currently having a bit of a rough time.
