Last week we mentioned the the release by BMG sister companies "Gruner & Jahr" of a 1 million-unit "book-a-zine" in July. This will be a two hundred page book-a-zine featuring rare interviews and photos. It's packaged with a CD featuring "Heartbreak Hotel" and a previously unreleased version of "In the Ghetto".
