Memories Of Elvis, run by Carol Light and the last independent Elvis shop at Graceland Crossing is forced to close, because EPE doesn't want to extend the lease contract. The contract expires at November 30, 2005.

Well this is disappointing, but to be expected I guess. I loved the two independent stores that were at Graceland Crossing! They had original and rare stuff in there. They couldn't have been that much competition for EPE and they probably brought people in to look themselves! I think EPE needs a store with original items and rare stuff! This really saddens me as a Graceland visitor!
