The current owners of Elvis’s Palm Springs home are offering the lending rights to the mansion. The house is not for sale, but interested parties can place a bid on the highest amount you they’re willing to loan on this property in exchange for exclusive marketing rights in association with this historic residence. Minimum bid (via eBay) is 2 million dollar.

I don't really know much about this subject, but they want you to bid at least $2,000,000 so you can make Palm Spring keyrings or postcards? Sounds like a real bargain to me.
