I just don't have these songs anywhere. I'll just have to buy this collection. NOT!! Would be a decent collection for a newbie though.

man another cd with the exact same line up? what the heck cant people be original i make my own stuff and i do a better job than real record companies why cant anyone else do better? and why is it always his 50's stuff i want to see some 70's stuff released for once

Well, not the same *exact* line-up - apparently, the 1957 masters (including "Loving You") are fair game, thanks to public domain law, which under normal circumstances I generally support. This is more evidence that the end of the CD era - if there is any upside- is a good thing as the distribution for such sets is nowhere near where it would have been even five years ago. These "piggy-back" / copy-cat El Cheapo releases *won't* have the opportunity to rip off people the way they would have when there were actual record stores left. Now, it's just Wal-Mart, Best-Buy, K-Mart, Barnes & Noble and a few others in the US - plus the few die-hard independents one can occasionally find. So come on, collectors, shun these crappy releases. Collectible? Only to the buyer!

As long as the British Government refuse to change the copyright laws (which they don't fully appreciate the value or workings of), these rip-off releases will continue to cheapen our man's music. Mind you, not as much as 'Baby Let's Play House' remixes from Mars by Johnny Foreigner.

As i say with all releases like this, there is always people ready to buy it,and the makers of these types of things know that,so its not gonna end!
