The King's music will be included on the forthcoming animated movie Lilo and Stich which is is due for release in the US in the summer. It tells the story of a young Hawaiian girl who idolises the King's music.
The movie deal is also expected to include a tie-in with McDonald's and a video game (with a selection for Sony PlayStation 2) to promote the late star among 15 to 24-year-olds. A range of Presley merchandise is also set to be produced including 1950s-style clothing from the Lansky Brothers, who created the singer's own outfits when he first hit the bigtime.
