Jerry Schilling In Germany

January 27, 2011 | People

It’s the 10th anniversary of the great “European Elvis Festival” in Bad Nauheim. From August 12th until August 14th 2011, the city that was Elvis’ home away from home for almost two years, is going to be the place-to-be for fans from all over the world, for music-freaks and for friends of the fifties and sixties.

As well as last year the festival-officials of the City of Bad Nauheim are working closely together with Germany’s biggest Fanclub, the “Elvis-Presley-Gesellschaft e. V.” (EPG). The EPG succeeded in inviting a very special guest from the U.S. to the
festival. No less a figure than Jerry Schilling, Elvis’ friend and bodyguard from 1954 until 1977 is going to be in Bad Nauheim. He’s going to share his memories about his life with the “King”, about highlights and painful moments – simply about how Elvis really was!

“I’m happy to be there for this special anniversary. The German fans are great!” said Jerry Schilling, who’s going to be in Bad Nauheim for the first time.

From now on you can reserve your personal tickets for the conversations with Jerry Schilling, that are taking place at the Trinkkuranlage on Saturday 13th, 6 p. m. and Sunday 14th, 1 p. m.. Of course, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, to get your own personal autograph and picture with Jerry! Place your reservation at info@epg-ev.de
