James Burton And Suzi Quatro

Previously we mentioned that Rock and Roll Queen, Suzi Quatro, was recording a tribute single to Elvis which will be released shortly. On the single, recorded in Nashville last month, Suzi is backed by The Jordanaires and James Burton. James was so impressed during the recording that he has asked Suzi if he can join her band on her tour to launch the single.

The song "Singing with Angels" written and recorded by Suzi is amazing, and one of the finest Elvis tribute songs ever written. The plan is that Suzi Quatro will premiere the song at the official Elvis Presley Fan Club event THE ELVIS HAYRIDE" at Trentham Gardens, Stoke-0n Trent, on Saturday 8th October at which the TCB Band will be performing. Suzi has performed for the fan club in the past and sent me a demo of the song before she went to Nashville. I promise you, it's wonderful.

Can't wait to hear it, it sounds wonderful and if we are lucky enough that James does join Suzi on tour, maybe a few extra dates should be added? Looking forward to hearing the record - when can we expect to hear it on the radio please?
