The Import Top 40, which recently had its 5th anniversary, has changed its system a bit. Votes are not saved "forever" anymore, but voters have to vote every month again. The result is a more "lively" list, with (of course) the same titles in the the top, but new releases have a bigger chance to attract attention by moving up the list rapidly.
