Hard Rock Cafe New York On Historic Location

August 24, 2007 | Other
The Hard Rock Café New York recently moved to a new location; the old Paramount theatre on the famous Broadway strip. On November 15 1956, on this exact location, Elvis' first movie "Love Me Tender" went in to premiere. The building with the Paramount logo is still recognazible and authentic.

Its great. I pass it all the time. They had live Rock n Roll shows there thru the 60's. Front of the building has never changed.

It's great to see the old Paramount theatre still here. My daddy was in USA in '57, he has seen the famous "LOVE ME TENDER" ad at the theatre. He brought back some EPs and The "ELVIS PRESLEY" LP at home (Viet Nam), I became a fan since...and still today.
