Hallmark released a love songs compilation which is available in the Hallmark stores only. The CD was available in the U.K. earlier, but has been made available to US and Canadian fans this June too. This compilation is a BMG Special Products release (DRC 13594). The CD comes in a jewel case with a cardboard slipcase. The running time is 41:18, the tracks:

I think the one offered by Paul Dowling is the rare Promotional Copy with an additional unreleased alternate take of THEY REMIND ME TOO MUCH OF YOU. It is definately worth much, much more than $50. The last time I went to his website, he only had a couple of copies left! Most probably they are all gone by now?
