Posted on the FECC messageboard is an update on the "annual Elvis edition" of Goldmine magazine which has hit the stands in the U.S..

The focus this time (and cover photo) is the "Elvis '68 Comeback: The King Takes Back His Crown." The main article is by Gillian G. Garr: "Guitar Man- How 1968 Brought Elvis a King-sized comeback" who also wrote reviews of "2nd to None" and Alanna Nash's Colonel Parker biography, plus a feature on the people who now live at Elvis' old Audubon Drive house in Memphis.

Finally, monthly "Elvis News" columnist Eddie Hammer reviews Elvis DVD's that are out. Goldmine is available only on newstands and by subcription.
