I would or will definitely buy this one depending upon the price. $30.00 for a CD alone is expensive enough, let alone adding more on top of it for a book? Come on guys, give us a break. How about the CD alone? I'm looking forward towards the different versions of Shake, Rattle and Roll, but price will determine whether it comes into my collection or not. Please think about it guys. By the way wasn't Heartbreak Hotel put out on a single CD in the 90's?

"...It provides an insightful look at the 30 months when Elvis truly reigned as 'The King Of Rock and Roll'......"
Uhmmm.... didn't he reign over 20 years as the undisputed King Of Rock'n Roll?????
Besides that, this is the 2nd FTD that I won't buy. The other one that I don't own is the "The Way It Was" book. The price is simply too high for someone that isn't that into Elvisbooks ;)

I loved "The way it was", I'm looking forward to this one too. Can't wait to get the unreleased Jailhouse Rock tracks. My favourite soundtrack. It is very expensive, but the quality is top notch. To me its worth the price.

Nobody is talking about this book, Flashback. Weird, I think this is a nice addition to The Way It Was, wich has the same layout. I'm really looking forward to this release. There will be more books this way (68, aloha, army with home recording cd movies etc.) covering a part of Elvis' career. I never bought a ... book, but i will collect the FTD books!
