Sorry rob. Just had another read, and I'm mistaken - you're not quoted. They probably cut your ones out because you are far too negative sometimes LOL. There is a lot of quotes from this site though.

Sorry rob. Thought you was in there, but having re-read it all last night you aint. Maybe you didn't contribute to that particular 'thread'? As for me not handling you being negative - frankly my friend I don't give a damn. Forums are here for people to be negative, positive, impartial, whatever. It would be a dull old noticeboard if we all agreed with each other wouldnt it?

Just messing with you too rob. Come on then mate - start your next moan on here. Now Elvis has got to Number 1 with 'Its Now or never', how about ranting about the impersonator trying to do justice to the song on Top of the pops!

Hello, I am quoted in this copy but nobody has answered my question yet does Lisa still own the planes and cars please some body put my mind at ease after all the effort to get them back to memphis it would be a shame to sell them

As I understand it, Mark R, Graceland and all Elvis' personal effects (which I assume includes the planes etc.) are still owned by Lisa. The buy-out was for Elvis Presley Enterprises, which handles licencing, merchandise etc. and is the corporate side of things (i.e. money and stopping top of the pops using video footage of Elvis). Now, so far, so good; but - Mr Sillerman now also owns THE TOURS of the properties, this means he can open the upstairs of Graceland (in theory), and I suppose, close them down if he wishes (not very likely I know) so you see, technically Lisa owns them all, but how it will work in reality remains to be seen. I'm sure there are fans who can translate the business agreement a lot better than I, but if it helps to answer your question, then that's how I see it. (Actually, I got this from a good, but worried source).

yes rob devil in the disguise when this song came out just after the supposedly failure of one broken heart for sale, it climbed the chart. unusual song with the change of beat. do you agree that elvis didnt really suppose this song to be so good and a legendry song as he didnt really put to much into it. see even elvis wasnt perfect but still a genius at picking hit songs.

Eagle In Devil in Disguise Elvis sings the song to perfection, displaying just the right amount of betrayal and pain in his voice to equal the atmosphere and meaning that the writer intended. So I think Elvis thought enough of this song to put his best attempt into it resulting in why it's such a great sixties rocker. Elvis loved songs that gave him a challenge even mediocre songs such as "You Gotts Stop". He really liked that song because of the change of key half way through.
