Fan Buys Town Hall

The American history buff and Elvis expert Julian Riley has bought the old (abandoned) town hall of Verona, Mississippi where Gladys and Vernon married in 1933. Riley’s wish is to restore the entire site to its former glory. Riley is also one of the authors of a new encyclopaedia on Elvis’s family. The ‘family bible’ with some unusual family pictures should be in print by August 2007.

This is great. If I had lots of money I know I would do things like this, too. Might sound a little crazy, but I`d love it-love it!
