How many more books is Esposito gonna bring out about Elvis?? Im sure he wont mention the fact he was a spy for Parker.He paints a nice rosy picture of himself but the truth is far from that.

Anybody know how many books are printed in each edition? I keep reading they're "sold out," but no figures are ever given.
