Elvis Music In Japanese Coca-Cola Commercial

February 19, 2011 | Other

Boys will be boys! That's the message behind a new Japanese TV commercial featuring the remix version of Elvis Presley's smash hit "A Little Less Conversation." The 30-second ad, from Atlanta-based The Coca-Cola Company Inc., is for its Georgia brand canned coffee. The commercial features young Japanese men boxing, skateboarding, flirting with women, and drinking coffee.

The ad is now airing on Japanese television. It's part of a new campaign by Coca-Cola to attract younger male customers.

Whilst I like the fcat that Elvis's music gets exposed more and more in adverts like this I am neverthless getting pretty bored of it always being this track? There's about a thousand others to choose from you advertisers or would an original idea be too much too ask for?

Because wether it's the same track or not,it's just proof that Elvis's popularity is far from over, and that's the most important thing of all.
