55 years ago, on August 9th 1956, Elvis played 2 shows at a long-gone amusement park in New Orleans called Pontchartrain Beach. This really cool poster/flyer is great to see anywhere, but especially next to current bands playing at all the little bars in the French Quarter.

Sadly they did not even match a venue to a date. On August 9th 1956, Elvis gave two shows in Daytona Beach, Florida. One important thing when judging whether concert posters are real or fake is to see if the year is stated, on genuine posters the year is rarely mentioned.
