I do not particularly think it is exploitation, merely the business of selling records. What does concern me is the design of the record. If this is a picture disc version of the "Elvis" LP, would not the photo used on the original LP cover have been better than this one?

A King Creole photo on the 2nd album from 1956? Where the heck is the quality control? Who could possibly want this garbage?

Why would an independent label not want to release the same album cover as the original? Firstly, I would think that there may be ramifications; although I have read many different stories about the legal aspect of reproducing covers, the picture or design may be copyrighted as only the music so far has been made public (as I read it). Secondly, perhaps as a small label, Universe may want to put their own unique look to this album although it looks kind of cheap and tacky.

I like the picture, look's like a still from King Creole, make's a change from the usual jump suit's.
